URGENT: Senior Business Systems Analyst (Full-Time Remote, 12+ Month Contract, USA ET Working hours)

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in gathering business requirements and translating them into detailed technical specifications for software development teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, developers, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality business applications. This is a remote night-shift position supporting a USA-based client.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a primary focus on writing detailed functional and technical requirements for software development projects.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, technical requirements, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience collaborating directly with software developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong understanding of relational databases and the ability to analyze data using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience creating process flows, use cases, wireframes, and business process documentation.
• Ability to analyze existing applications, identify enhancement opportunities, and document system changes.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations is preferred.
• Experience working with Microsoft technology stacks is preferred.
• Experience using collaboration and documentation tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Availability to work during USA Eastern Time (ET) business hours is mandatory.
• A high-speed internet connection of at least 10 Mbps is required for remote work.
• A personal laptop with suitable specifications to securely connect to the client's remote development environment.
