π Shift: Night / Rotational
π Cab Facility: Available
π° Salary: Up to βΉ35K CTC
Role Overview:
We are hiring a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a high-quality customer experience through calls and other communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
Maintain clear and effective communication
Collaborate with team members to meet service standards
Eligibility:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good phone etiquette and problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge; CRM knowledge preferred
BPO / customer service experience is a plus
