Tree. Need to validate documents with the status and property information.

Roles And Responsibilities

Candidates should have good oral communication written communication skills

Candidate to possess typing speed of 28 WPM with 98% quality

Candidate should be flexible with shifts

Minimum 2+ years of experience on FOS/COS/Two owner search

Should be familiar with Microsoft excel word.

States working experience CL, TX, Fl (Nationwide could be an advantage)

Qualification

The candidate should be a graduate, or undergraduate should have experience in US Title

search and Netronline.
