Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Math Faculty role (M1, M2, M3) based in the Greater Delhi Area. The faculty member will teach mathematics and related subjects to learners at various levels, ensuring clear concept delivery and application-focused learning. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering lectures, conducting tutorials and doubt-clearing sessions, designing assessments, and monitoring learner progress. The role also involves developing and updating curriculum content, preparing teaching materials and problem sets, and aligning course outcomes with institutional objectives. The faculty member will collaborate with other educators, provide academic guidance, participate in internal training or workshops, and contribute to improving teaching methodologies and student engagement.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in core Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, with the ability to teach M1, M2, and M3 modules clearly and effectively.
• Ability to integrate Physics concepts where relevant to mathematical applications, supporting interdisciplinary understanding.
• Competence in Statistics for teaching basic to intermediate topics, data interpretation, and problem-solving.
• Experience in Curriculum Development, including designing lesson plans, learning outcomes, and structured assessment frameworks.
• Master’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related field; relevant teaching experience in academic or training institutions is preferred.
• Effective classroom management, clear communication skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a learner-friendly manner.
• Comfort with using digital tools (presentation software, online resources, learning platforms) to support teaching and assessment.
• Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching practices and continuous improvement in pedagogy.
