Job Description

Job Title: Team Manager (Contract)

Location: Pune

CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA

Qualification: Graduation Mandatory

Job Summary

We are hiring Team Managers (Contract) to lead and manage teams within an international voice process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in team handling, performance management, and delivering on key operational metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day team operations and ensure delivery of KPIs, SLA, CSAT, AHT, and quality metrics
Drive team performance to meet TAT targets and compliance standards
Conduct team coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews
Handle PCA (Process Corrective Actions) and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage roster planning and workforce allocation
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and process adherence
Identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancement strategies.

Requirements

Experience: 1–2 years in Team Handling / Team Management (International Voice Process)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience in managing operational metrics (KPI, SLA, CSAT, AHT)
Exposure to workforce management and roster planning
Ability to handle performance management and team engagement.
