About The Opportunity:

Infinity RealCom is executing a blockbuster Akshaya Tritiya mega-launch for our premium mandate, Dhanraj Legacy. We are building an elite, high-performance site team and are looking for aggressive, launch-ready real estate professionals to deploy immediately. If you thrive in a high-velocity, high-reward environment, we want you on the floor.

Open Positions (Immediate Deployment):

• 1 x Site Head: The captain of the ship. Must have 7+ years of core real estate experience with a proven track record of managing large sales teams, driving floor strategy, and personally closing high-ticket negotiations during mega launches.
• 2 x Closing Managers: Hardcore face-to-face table closers (3+ years experience). You must possess a high site-visit-to-booking conversion ratio and the ability to handle high-volume walk-in pressure seamlessly.
• 3 x Sourcing Managers (CP Network): Market hustlers (2+ years experience) with a massive, highly active Channel Partner network in Navi Mumbai. Your mission is to mobilize the broker market and drive explosive footfalls to the site.
• 2 x Pre-Sales Managers: The frontline of lead conversion (1-4 years experience). Must have exceptional communication skills to convert digital leads and database inquiries into confirmed, high-intent site visits.
• 1 x CRM Manager: The data and operations backbone (3+ years experience). Responsible for lead allocation, tracking floor hygiene, managing the CRM portal, and generating real-time MIS reports for the management team.
• 1 x Guest Relation Executive (GRE): The face of our premium sales lounge (1-3 years experience). Exceptional grooming and hospitality skills required to manage high-volume client and CP walk-ins, registration, and front-desk operations.
