Designation: Underwriter/Sr.Underwriter (Income calculation)

Location: Pune (WFO)

Address: Viman Nagar

Shifts: Night shift

• A Minimum of 3+ years' work experience in US Residential Mortgage specifically in Frontend (Live) US Residential Underwriting & Income calculation
• Expertise in Underwriting Reviewing Income, Credit, Collateral & Capital
• Expertise in calculating all type of Incomes (Salaried/Self Employed and Other Income), Asset & Ratios
• Must have experience in Underwriting all type of loans Purchase/Refinance/Construction
• Expertise in reviewing the Guideline (Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac)
• Evaluating the Loan documents for approval/rejection
• Review Appraisal document to identify whether the property has been evaluated correctly
• Assessing loan attributes and documentation for soundness and accuracy
• Approving/Denying/Counter Offer the loans after verifying borrower eligibility
