UI/UX & Motion Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic UI/UX & Motion Designer who can design exceptional digital product experiences and also bring them to life through animated stories and marketing visuals.

This role goes beyond static UI screens.

You will design product interfaces, explainer videos, launch creatives, landing pages, and high-conversion marketing materials.

If you think in systems, care about user psychology, and understand storytelling through motion- this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product UI/UX Design

* Translate business requirements into user-centric designs

* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces

* Design dashboards, web apps, and mobile interfaces

* Define information architecture and user flows

* Maintain component systems and design consistency

* Ensure responsive and accessible design standards

2. Motion & Animated Storytelling

* Create product explainer videos and animated feature highlights

* Develop short-form videos for social media (Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn)

* Design micro-interactions and motion prototypes

* Maintain brand tone in animation and transitions

3. Marketing & Conversion Design

* Design high-conversion landing pages

* Create digital marketing creatives and campaigns

* Design pitch decks and product presentation visuals

* Collaborate with marketing team for ad creatives and branding assets

* Understand performance metrics (CTR, conversions, engagement)

4. Brand & Visual Systems

* Contribute to brand guidelines and visual systems

* Define typography, spacing, and color systems

* Maintain visual consistency across product and marketing

Required Skills

* 2+ years experience in UI/UX design

* Strong portfolio with product + marketing work

* Experience in Figma (mandatory)

* Motion tools (After Effects / Premiere Pro / similar)

* Understanding of interaction design principles

* Strong typography and layout fundamentals

* Knowledge of responsive design

* Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus

* Strong storytelling ability

What Makes You a Strong Fit

2+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience

Strong portfolio (Product + Marketing work required)

Deep understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography

Experience in Figma/Adobe (mandatory)

Experience in motion tools (After Effects / similar)

Understanding of responsive and interaction design

Ability to explain your design decisions clearly
