Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager.

Location: 100% On-site – Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India

Shift: US Shift (EST) (Night shift in IST) Monday - Friday

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for IT Products and Services in the US market. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management, with exposure to US Staffing being an added advantage. Knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development activities for IT Products and Services in the US market.
  • Identify, qualify, and build strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to align client requirements with business solutions.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities to support business planning.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate sales pipelines, reports, and client communication.
  • Work in alignment with US EST shift timings for real-time client interaction.
  • Exposure to US Staffing sales/recruitment solutions will be a plus (not mandatory).
  • Experience with Digital Marketing strategies to support lead generation and brand visibility will be an added advantage.
