Job Description

Role: UI/UX Designer Intern

💰 Upto 15k per month (Depending on skills, experience etc)

📍 Location: On-site Vijaynagar (AB Road), Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India

🧑‍💻 Experience: 0-1 Years

6 months Internship with PPO for well-deserving candidates
Mondays to Saturdays

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer Intern who can translate ideas into delightful, intuitive, and functional user experiences across PWA, iOS, and Android platforms.

Responsibilities

Design End-to-End Product Experiences: Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes for PWA, iOS, and Android.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure design intent is carried through development.
Deliver UI Systems: Build and maintain consistent design systems, component libraries, and style guides in Figma.
User Research & Feedback: Conduct user interviews and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Platform Consistency: Adapt designs to match platform-specific guidelines (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines).
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, UX patterns, and emerging tools.

Requirements

Experience: 0-1 years of professional experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer.
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in design (Focusing on Product designing, user interface etc)
Portfolio: Demonstrates strong visual design, thoughtful user flows, and cross-platform adaptability.
Tools: Proficient in Figma, with familiarity in tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Framer.
Knowledge: Understanding of responsive design, adaptive layouts, and accessibility standards.
Communication: Strong collaboration skills and ability to present design rationale clearly.
Mindset: User-first thinking with a balance of creativity and practicality.
