Tecnomi is a new-age AI product studio building tools that people genuinely enjoy using. Design is not an afterthought for us — it is a core competitive advantage. We are looking for a creative, detail-obsessed designer who wants to grow fast in a startup environment.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will design intuitive, delightful user experiences for our AI-powered SaaS products. Working directly with the Product Engineer and developers, you will take ideas from sketches to high-fidelity Figma prototypes that developers can implement without a second guess.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma for web and mobile.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights into actionable design decisions.
• Build and maintain a consistent design system and component library.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Design micro-interactions, onboarding flows, and data-dense dashboard interfaces.
• Iterate quickly on feedback from users, stakeholders, and A/B test results.
• Create presentation decks, brand assets, and marketing visuals when needed.
• Stay current with UX trends, especially AI product patterns and conversational interfaces.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 0–2 years of UI/UX design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma — components, auto-layout, variables, and prototyping.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating web / app design work with clear UX rationale.
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals: typography, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to design responsive layouts for both desktop and mobile.
• Good communication skills to articulate and defend design decisions.
• Eagerness to learn, take feedback positively, and iterate fast.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience designing for SaaS dashboards or data-heavy interfaces.
• Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS to better collaborate with frontend developers.
• Knowledge of motion design or micro-animation principles (Lottie, Framer).
• Exposure to AI product UX — chatbots, copilots, or generative UI patterns.
