Job Description

Build and maintain core product flows: onboarding, quizzes, dashboards, certificate generation, and integrations.

Must have

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, and databases like MongoDB/MySQL.
MySQL + migrations, schema design, query optimization basics
Frontend basics: Blade + HTML/CSS + JS (responsive UI)

Good to have

REST APIs, auth, pagination, error handling
Caching/queues (Redis/Jobs) basics
Performance mindset (logs, profiling, query fixes)
Git workflow + clean code practices

Create modern, conversion-friendly interfaces for landing pages, dashboards, quizzes, and course flows.

Must have

Strong visual design: typography, spacing, layout, color
UX fundamentals: flows, IA, wireframes, interaction design
Design system thinking: components, tokens, variants
Portfolio with real web/app work

Good to have

Prototyping + micro-interactions
Basic HTML/CSS understanding for feasible designs
Usability testing + iteration mindset
Brand consistency & marketing page design

Ensure product quality by writing test cases, executing manual testing, and reporting bugs clearly for fast fixes.

Must have

Manual testing fundamentals: SDLC/STLC, test scenarios & test cases
Bug reporting with clear steps, expected vs actual results, screenshots
Regression testing, smoke testing, and functional testing
Good communication with dev/design teams

Good to have

Basic SQL for data validation
JIRA / Trello / any bug tracking tool
Basic API testing using Postman
Automation awareness (Selenium basics is a plus, not required)

Grow Airocode’s reach through content, campaigns, and performance marketing across social and search.

Must have

Social media content planning (posts/reels/stories)
Basic SEO + keyword understanding
Copywriting fundamentals + CTA writing
Can track performance and iterate based on results

Good to have

Meta Ads / Google Ads basics
Canva/Figma for creatives
Google Analytics / Search Console familiarity
Lead funnel understanding + landing page ideas

Work on AI/ML features for Airocode products: learning tools, automation, and intelligent integrations. You’ll build models, evaluate results, and ship usable prototypes into real apps.

Must have

Python fundamentals + OOP basics
ML basics: regression, classification, metrics, train/test split
Data handling: Pandas, NumPy, preprocessing
Good problem-solving + ability to learn fast

Good to have

Scikit-learn pipelines, feature engineering
Intro to DL (TensorFlow/PyTorch) / NLP / CV
Deploying models via Flask/FastAPI
Basic Git + working with APIs
