Job Purpose

Design and deliver enterprise‑grade user experiences across procurement and SaaS dashboards, ensuring usability for buyers and suppliers. Create responsive layouts, form usability flows, and design system prototypes that support public‑sector user journeys and mobile‑first design.

Key Responsibilities

• Interaction flows: Map user journeys and task flows for enterprise procurement systems.
• Wireframes: Produce low‑fidelity and high‑fidelity wireframes aligned with business requirements.
• Responsive layouts: Ensure accessibility and usability across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Form usability: Optimize complex procurement forms for clarity, validation, and efficiency.
• Design systems: Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma.
• Accessibility: Apply WCAG standards to public‑sector dashboards.
• Prototyping: Deliver interactive prototypes for stakeholder validation.

Mandatory Skills

• Enterprise UX – 6+ years in large‑scale SaaS/public‑sector environments.
• Figma expertise – advanced component libraries, auto‑layout, prototyping.
• Information architecture – structuring dashboards and workflows.
• Form design – usability, validation, error handling.
• Accessibility – WCAG 2.1 compliance.
• Design systems – scalable, reusable UI components.

Preferred Skills

• Mobile‑first design principles.
• Usability testing and heuristic evaluation.
• Collaboration with product managers and developers.
• Exposure to procurement workflows and ERP systems.
