UI/UX Designer

Overview 

We are seeking skilled UI/UX Designers to craft intuitive, engaging and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, particularly Figma
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI/UX design projects
• At least one year of professional experience in UI/UX design or related field
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
• Experience with wire framing, prototyping, and interaction design

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces that align with user needs and business goals.
• Create wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement innovative solutions.
• Develop design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
