About us

Contractor+ builds an all-in-one app for contractors. They use it to manage clients, send estimates,

collect payments, schedule jobs, and more. Think of it as the operating system for running a

contracting business.

We’re a small, fast-moving team. Design matters a lot to us because our users depend on this app

every single day.

What’s this role about?

You’ll be our UI/UX designer. You’ll design everything we put in front of users, across web, iOS, and

Android.

The “AI-First” part means we want someone who already uses AI tools in their design work. Things

like Figma AI to generate layouts, Galileo AI for high-fidelity screens, Magician plugin for icons and

copy, Adobe Firefly for assets, or UX Pilot for wireframes. If you’re already doing this, you’ll fit right

in.

Day to day, you’ll

• Design UI/UX for web and mobile (iOS and Android)
• Work in Figma. Components, prototypes, design systems, developer handoffs
• Create banners, ad creatives, and social media graphics
• Redesign existing screens when the UX isn’t working
• Work directly with the CTO and the engineering team
• Use AI tools to move faster: generate concepts, explore layouts, write copy, whatever helps
• When there’s no assigned work, go through the product, find what could be better, and
• propose improvements

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of design experience
• You already use AI tools in your work: Figma AI, Galileo AI, Magician, Adobe Firefly, UX Pilot, or similar
• Figma is your primary tool. Not familiar with it. You live in it
• Strong portfolio showing both web and mobile UI/UX work
• You can create banners and ad creatives that actually look good, not template stuff
• You’re passionate about good UX. The kind of person who finds things to improve without being asked

Good to know

• Salary: 5-12 LPA depending on skill and portfolio
• Location: Remote, open to candidates in India and Pakistan
• You report to the CTO directly
• Notice period: Immediate joiners preferred, up to 30 days is fine
• You’ll need your own laptop and setup. We don’t provide hardware or a stipend currently
• Time tracking: We use TeamLogger
