This is a full-time, on-site UiPath Developer role located in Trivandrum. The UiPath Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. Key responsibilities include analyzing business processes, creating automation workflows, writing advanced scripts, debugging, and maintaining RPA solutions. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and ensure successful project delivery.

• Proficiency in UiPath RPA platform, including workflow design, development, and deployment
• Strong programming skills with expertise in languages such as Python, C#, or VB.NET
• Experience in process analysis, design, and automation, including integrating RPA solutions with other enterprise applications
• Knowledge of RPA best practices, debugging, and optimization techniques
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities to handle technical challenges efficiently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• UiPath Developer certification is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Agile project development methodologies is an advantage
