This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at our Bhubaneswar location. The Caller will interact with prospective students and parents to provide information about career counseling, admission guidance, and available educational opportunities. The role involves answering queries, scheduling appointments for counseling sessions, following up with potential clients, and maintaining records of communication. The Caller will ensure a professional and empathetic approach while delivering accurate information about services.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective phone interactions and client engagement
• Ability to handle queries and explain services with clarity and patience
• Proficiency in record-keeping and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with CRM tools, data entry, and email communication
• Customer service experience or related background is a plus
• Fluency in English and regional languages will be advantageous
• An interest or prior exposure to education counseling is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to varying situations
