Location: Kandivali East Experience: 1?2 Years Industry: Education About the Role We?re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI & UX Designer with a strong understanding of design principles and user behavior in the education domain. The ideal candidate will design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms used by students, educators, and institutions. Key Responsibilities ????Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for websites, learning management systems (LMS), and mobile applications. ????Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points. ????Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. ????Collaborate with developers, content teams, and product managers to translate design concepts into functional digital experiences. ????Ensure consistent brand identity and user experience across all digital touchpoints. ????Optimize UI/UX for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance. ????Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies in EdTech and e-learning platforms. Requirements ????Bachelor?s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. ????1?2 years of proven experience in UI/UX design (preferably in the education / EdTech industry). ????Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, or Photoshop. ????Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects. ????Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles. ????Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus. ????Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills ????Experience designing for LMS, student portals, or online course platforms. ????Familiarity with user personas, journey mapping, and A/B testing. ????Understanding of SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and mobile-first design principles. ????Ability to balance creativity with practicality to deliver educational impact.
