Location: Pune (On-site)
Experience: 1–3 Years
We are building a modern Automation, Ticketing & Customer Support Platform to manage workflows, SLAs, escalations, and API integrations at scale.
- Build scalable frontend applications using React JS with TypeScript
- Develop dashboards for ticketing, automation workflows & customer support
- Integrate frontend with REST/gRPC APIs
- Implement real-time updates and notifications
- Strong experience with React JS + TypeScript
- Experience with state management (Redux/Context API)
- API integration experience (REST)
- Understanding of JWT-based authentication
- Familiarity with Git and modern build tools (Vite/Webpack)
High ownership. Build from scratch. Scale with us.
📍 Looking for immediate joiners at our Pune office.
