Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js and modern frontend architecture. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance web applications and collaborating closely with backend teams using FastAPI-based services. You will play a key role in designing reusable components, optimizing application performance, and driving best practices across the frontend codebase.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using React.js.
• Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components using modern React patterns.
• Develop and manage application state using Redux (Redux Toolkit preferred).
• Create and maintain reusable custom React Hooks to improve code quality and reduce duplication.
• Integrate frontend applications with FastAPI-based REST APIs.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize application performance, load times, and rendering efficiency for large-scale applications.
• Design frontend architecture that supports scalability, maintainability, and future growth.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering excellence.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
• Strong expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Excellent knowledge of Redux/Redux Toolkit for state management.
• Extensive experience creating and maintaining custom React Hooks.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with FastAPI REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Deep understanding of React performance optimization techniques, including memoization, lazy loading, code splitting, and virtual rendering.
• Experience with scalable frontend architecture, reusable component libraries, and modular application design.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and API lifecycle management.
• Experience with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js is a plus.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
• Experience with Material UI, Tailwind CSS, or similar component libraries.
• Knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
• Understanding of frontend security best practices and web accessibility (WCAG).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
