Full Stack Developer (Next.js)

We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Web Developer with strong expertise in Next.js, React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript to join our growing engineering team. As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll work across both frontend and backend development, building high-performance, secure, and scalable applications or website. You'll collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and fellow developers to design, develop, deploy, and maintain feature-rich web applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, writing clean and maintainable code, and contributing to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js, React.js, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance frontend components using HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Material UI (MUI), or Bootstrap.
• Develop secure and efficient backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs, third-party APIs, and authentication systems using JWT and OAuth.
• Work with databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL, ensuring efficient database design and query optimization.
• Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and leverage the Next.js App Router for optimized application performance.
• Manage application state using Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and software architecture planning.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application reliability and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Web Developer and Web development.
• Strong expertise in Next.js, React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, API integration, and backend development.
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of frontend development, responsive web design, and modern UI frameworks.
• Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and deployment best practices is a plus.
• Knowledge of GraphQL, Microservices, WebSockets, or Redis is an added advantage.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on delivering quality software.
