Hiring for B2B Sales & Operations Executive – Cruise Bookings

Location: Kochi, India (Work From Office) 

Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 6 days/week 

CTC: ₹5 – ₹6.5 LPA 

Experience: 1–3 years

Job Summary 

AERTICKET is hiring a B2B Sales & Operations Executive – Cruise Bookings for its Kochi office. The role involves managing the complete cruise booking lifecycle, including pre-sales conversion and post-sales operations for B2B travel agents. 


Key Responsibilities 


Sales (Pre-Sales): 

  • Handle inbound and outbound B2B cruise booking inquiries via calls
  • Understand agent requirements and recommend suitable cruise itineraries
  • Share cruise pricing, availability, offers, and booking conditions 
  • Convert leads into confirmed cruise bookings 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B travel agents 


Operations (Post-Sales): 

  • Manage end-to-end cruise booking operations after sale closure 
  • Handle confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and special requests
  • Coordinate with cruise lines, GSAs, suppliers, and internal teams 
  • Update booking details accurately in CRM / OTA / cruise systems 
  • Resolve post-booking queries within the defined TAT 


Skills & Requirements 

  • 1–3 years of experience in cruise sales and/or cruise operations 
  • Background from OTA, cruise company, GSA, or travel firm preferred
  • Comfortable handling agent communication over calls
  • Proficient in CRM, OTA, or cruise booking tools
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
