Travel Operations Executive

📍 Location: Noida (On-site)

We're building one of India's most trusted premium travel brands, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

✔ Minimum 1–2 years in Travel Operations (International Holidays preferred)

Your responsibility begins after a booking is confirmed.

Your goal is simple:

Ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, hassle-free, and memorable holiday until they return home safely.

You'll own the complete post-booking experience.

✔ Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, airlines, transfer partners, visa teams, and activity providers.

✔ Manage booking confirmations, amendments, vouchers, documentation, and guest requests.

✔ Coordinate closely with our Travel Consultants to ensure a seamless handover from sales to operations.

✔ Stay connected with guests before, during, and after their trip.

✔ Resolve operational challenges quickly while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

✔ Build strong relationships with our travel partners worldwide.

✔ Continuously suggest and implement improvements in:

• Guest communication
• Internal operations
• Sales handover
• Marketing & Ads processes
• Customer experience

💰 Starting Salary: ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance.)

📈 Quarterly Salary Reviews - We don't believe in making great performers wait for annual appraisals.

Every 3 months, your performance is reviewed based on your ownership, contribution, initiative, guest satisfaction, and overall impact.

High performers are eligible for salary increments every quarter.
