Job Summary
- Weβre looking for a Creative Problem Solver with experience in the travel industry to lead marketing at Catch A Trip.
- This role goes beyond posting content. We want someone who understands how travelers think, what inspires them to book and how to turn destinations into stories that drive action.
- Youβll also lead ROI-focused Meta Ads campaigns, targeting high-intent travelers and optimizing performance across the funnel.
- SEO experience is a strong plus β
π Candidates with prior experience in travel companies, travel agencies or travel brands will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media, Content & Growth -
- Plan and execute content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn focused on travel storytelling and destination marketing.
- Create content that inspires travel decisions (itineraries, experiences, hidden gems, UGC-style storytelling).
- Write high performing scripts for reels, carousels and travel based content.
- Collaborate with designers and editors to produce engaging, visually rich content.
- Stay updated with travel trends, destinations and seasonal demand.
- Manage comments, DMs and traveler queries with a consistent brand voice.
- Build and nurture a community of travel enthusiasts.
- Identify audience behavior, travel intent and content opportunities.

Meta Ads & Performance -
- Plan, launch and manage conversion focused Meta Ads campaigns for travel packages.
- Target high intent audiences (honeymoon, international trips, group tours, etc.)
- Continuously test creatives, offers and messaging based on travel trends.
- Optimize campaigns for CPL, conversions and ROAS.
- Share insights and improve campaign performance through data driven decisions.

SEO, Organic Growth & Content Operations (Entry Level) -
- Conduct keyword research around travel destinations, itineraries and experiences.
- Optimize website pages, blogs and landing pages for search intent.
- Improve organic visibility for travel-related searches.
- Monitor performance using Google Search Console and Analytics.
- Upload and manage travel packages, itineraries and destination content.
- Ensure content accuracy, clarity and alignment with brand tone.
- Coordinate with internal teams for updates and improvements.

Preferred Qualifications -
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Social Media Content & Meta Ads.
- Prior experience working with a travel company, travel agency or travel brand (highly preferred)
- Proven track record in running Meta Ads with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of travel audience behavior and booking psychology.
- Expertise in Reels, UGC content and short-form storytelling.
- Ability to combine creativity with performance marketing.
- Strong copywriting and content ideation skills.
- Knowledge of SEO (preferred).
- Familiarity with AI tools or willingness to learn.
