Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Travel Desk Management
- Handle end-to-end travel arrangements for employees, senior management, and visitors, including air/rail tickets, hotel bookings, and local transportation.
- Ensure adherence to Linc Limitedβs travel and expense policies.
- Coordinate with travel agents, airlines, hotels, and transport vendors to negotiate competitive rates and service levels.
- Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency travel requirements efficiently.
- Maintain accurate travel records, MIS reports, and travel expense data.
- Verify travel bills and coordinate with the accounts team for timely processing and payments.
- Support international travel arrangements including visa coordination and travel documentation, when required.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day office administration at the corporate office.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, pantry, security, and facility maintenance.
- Assist in asset management, inventory tracking, and record maintenance.
- Support administrative logistics for meetings, conferences, audits, and corporate events.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance with internal administrative processes.
- Act as a coordination point between internal departments and external service providers.
Skills/Experience
- Strong knowledge of corporate travel management and vendor coordination.
- Good negotiation and cost-control skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, urgent requirements, and confidential information.
- Hands on experience in SAP is mandatory.
- Should have knowledge on Visa/Forex & Insurance for International booking
