Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Travel Desk Management

  • Handle end-to-end travel arrangements for employees, senior management, and visitors, including air/rail tickets, hotel bookings, and local transportation.
  • Ensure adherence to Linc Limited’s travel and expense policies.
  • Coordinate with travel agents, airlines, hotels, and transport vendors to negotiate competitive rates and service levels.
  • Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency travel requirements efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate travel records, MIS reports, and travel expense data.
  • Verify travel bills and coordinate with the accounts team for timely processing and payments.
  • Support international travel arrangements including visa coordination and travel documentation, when required.


Administrative Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day office administration at the corporate office.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, pantry, security, and facility maintenance.
  • Assist in asset management, inventory tracking, and record maintenance.
  • Support administrative logistics for meetings, conferences, audits, and corporate events.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance with internal administrative processes.
  • Act as a coordination point between internal departments and external service providers.


Skills/Experience


  • Strong knowledge of corporate travel management and vendor coordination.
  • Good negotiation and cost-control skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure, urgent requirements, and confidential information.
  • Hands on experience in SAP is mandatory.
  • Should have knowledge on Visa/Forex & Insurance for International booking
