About The Opportunity

We are hiring an Ad Sales Analyst to join a cross-functional revenue team focused on maximizing ad monetization and campaign performance across mobile and programmatic channels. This role blends data analysis, revenue forecasting, campaign optimisation and commercial support to help scale publisher yield and client outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze ad revenue, fill rates, eCPMs and inventory trends to identify growth and optimisation opportunities for publishers and accounts.
  • Build, maintain and automate periodic reports and dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly) for Sales, AdOps and Finance using SQL and BI tools.
  • Support commercial teams with pricing, proposals and deal modelling prepare revenue forecasts, scenario analysis and packaging recommendations.
  • Monitor live campaigns and partner integrations; troubleshoot delivery, pacing, and SDK/header-bidding issues with AdOps and engineering.
  • Run A/B tests and experiments to validate yield strategies (floor-pricing, ad formats, waterfalls, header-bid configs) and report outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to translate performance insights into tooling, automation, and go-to-market improvements.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in ad sales, ad operations, revenue analytics or related AdTech roles (mobile preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Location: India; hybrid workplace with periodic on-site collaboration.
