Travel Coordinator - Marathon Tours

• This is a FULL TIME position based out of our office in Sahakar Nagar, NORTH BANGALORE.

• TWO years work experience in INTERNATIONAL TOUR SALES & OPERATIONS is a MUST!

• Great written and oral communication skills in English are necessary.

We are leaders in helping runners manage their travel arrangements and add value to race organisers around the world by connecting runners to the races. Though the job requires 85% of working from the office someone with a travel background and with a keen interest in running could be a good fit for this role.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Servicing Incoming Sales Enquiries from potential customers 
• Manage travel arrangements for travellers – including booking hotels, sightseeing, transfers, experiences, flights, arranging visas etc.
• Working on tour costings & designing itineraries. 
• Managing rooming lists and other details to suppliers for group travel, sending in customer information to partners
• Negotiating with Suppliers
• Monitoring Back End of our CMS & keeping tours, dates and prices updated from season to season.
