This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant at our office in Tours. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for planning and arranging travel itineraries, managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and offering travel-related advice to clients. The role requires collaborating with clients to meet their specific travel needs while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable booking experience.
- Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and arranging personalized travel itineraries
- Expertise in making travel arrangements, including bookings, accommodations, and related logistics
- Exceptional Customer Service and communication skills for assisting clients and addressing their inquiries
- Proficiency in managing Reservations systems and maintaining accurate records
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with global travel destinations and cultural knowledge is a plus
- A degree in Travel Management, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
