Travel Consultant / Tour Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Travel Operations Executive / Travel Consultant / Tour Manager - Domestic & International)  who is ready to step out of the office and into the world.- Willing to Travel

You will be responsible for end-to-end tour management, from crafting the perfect itinerary as Travel Consultant to accompanying our guest Group as a Tour Manager to exotic destinations worldwide.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Well versed in various areas of travel (international, domestic group/individual etc.)
• Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.
• Knowledge of VISA documentation
• Good and sound knowledge of group costing and itinerary preparation.
• Negotiations with Flight, Hotel, Transport bookings.
• Help Plan Trips, Create Group Itinerary To Domestic Or International Destinations, Tours, Accommodation, Transport.
• Knowledge Of Domestic & International Package & Itinerary Is Must.
• End-to-End Operations: Manage logistics including flight bookings, hotel stay coordination, visa processing, and local transport arrangements.
• Guest Relationship Management: Act as the point of contact for travelers and their families, providing 24/7 support and building a community of trust.
• On-Ground Problem Solving: Handle real-time challenges during tours from flight delays to medical requirements with a calm and professional demeanor.
• Prior experiencing in handling Senior Citizen Group Tours as added advantage (Senior Tourism)
