🕒 Experience: 6 months – 1+ year preferred

• Handle customer inquiries through calls and messages

• Share tour packages and travel details with clients

• Follow up with leads and interested customers

• Help customers with basic travel guidance and planning

• Coordinate bookings and basic trip-related support

• Maintain proper communication with clients

• Good communication and conversation skills

• Basic understanding of tours and travel industry

• Ability to handle leads and customer follow-ups

• Confidence in calls and client handling

• Ability to manage work properly and respond on time
