Travel Consultant (Immediate Joiner)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Pune City. The Travel Consultant will handle end-to-end travel consulting for guests and corporate clients, including planning itineraries, managing bookings, and organizing travel arrangements for Vervve Hotels & Resorts. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing destination and property information, coordinating reservations for rooms, transport, and activities, and ensuring a smooth travel experience. The role involves maintaining accurate records, following company policies, liaising with internal hotel teams and external partners, and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally. The Travel Consultant will also contribute to improving travel processes, upselling services where appropriate, and supporting overall guest satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills to advise clients and coordinate complete travel plans.
• Candidates should possess experience in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including hotels, transportation, and related services.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and resolve issues.
• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems or travel booking platforms.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, travel agencies, or corporate travel management is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site in Pune City in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain a professional, inclusive approach with guests and colleagues.
• A diploma or degree in hospitality, tourism, business, or a related field is an advantage.
