Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant, based in Kolkata. The Travel Consultant will assist clients in planning and organizing customized travel experiences, including arranging bookings, managing travel logistics, and providing expert recommendations. Responsibilities also include resolving customer inquiries, handling reservations, and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction throughout the journey-planning process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of travel management and a dedication to delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience in Travel Arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
• Strong skills in Customer Service and handling customer queries efficiently
• Expertise in managing Reservations and effectively coordinating client requirements
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with travel software and tools is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Hospitality, Travel, or related field is preferred
