Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Agency Specialist located in Bhubaneswar. In this role, you will assist clients with planning domestic and international travel, organize guided tours, and manage business travel arrangements. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, making reservations, promoting sales of packages, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the travel process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Agency operations and organizing Guided Tours
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales
• Knowledge of Business Travel planning and execution
• Ability to recommend personalized travel solutions based on client needs
• Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
