We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Advisor to help clients plan memorable and seamless travel experiences. In this role, you will act as a trusted guide, understanding each traveler's preferences and curating personalized journeys that align with their interests and budgets. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed consultations to understand customers' travel preferences, budgets, and expectations
  • Research, design, and curate customized travel itineraries using online tools and booking platforms
  • Drive profitable sales by leveraging travel expertise and persuasive communication skills
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer experiences and revenue
  • Manage bookings for flights, accommodations, tours, transportation, and other travel services
  • Provide ongoing support before and during travel to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience
  • Stay informed about global travel trends, destination updates, visa requirements, and travel advisories
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and offerings
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technology teams to share customer insights and enhance processes

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry within a customer service or advisory role
  • Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, cultures, and travel trends
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a travel-related environment
  • Proficiency with travel booking systems and related software tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally and empathetically
