Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed consultations to understand customers' travel preferences, budgets, and expectations
Research, design, and curate customized travel itineraries using online tools and booking platforms
Drive profitable sales by leveraging travel expertise and persuasive communication skills
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer experiences and revenue
Manage bookings for flights, accommodations, tours, transportation, and other travel services
Provide ongoing support before and during travel to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience
Stay informed about global travel trends, destination updates, visa requirements, and travel advisories
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and offerings
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technology teams to share customer insights and enhance processes

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry within a customer service or advisory role
Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, cultures, and travel trends
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a travel-related environment
Proficiency with travel booking systems and related software tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally and empathetically
