Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand customers' travel preferences, budgets, and expectations
- Research, design, and curate customized travel itineraries using online tools and booking platforms
- Drive profitable sales by leveraging travel expertise and persuasive communication skills
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer experiences and revenue
- Manage bookings for flights, accommodations, tours, transportation, and other travel services
- Provide ongoing support before and during travel to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience
- Stay informed about global travel trends, destination updates, visa requirements, and travel advisories
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and offerings
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technology teams to share customer insights and enhance processes
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry within a customer service or advisory role
- Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, cultures, and travel trends
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a travel-related environment
- Proficiency with travel booking systems and related software tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally and empathetically
