Role Overview
The Assistant Manager – Branch/Site Operations (Account Delivery) is responsible for driving revenue growth while ensuring seamless delivery of employee transportation services for enterprise clients. This role acts as the primary point of contact for key accounts and plays a critical role in service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and increase wallet share within existing client accounts
- Act as the single point of contact for key enterprise clients
- Ensure smooth daily operations in line with defined SLAs and KPIs
- Lead and manage account executives and site supervisors across client locations
- Oversee vehicle deployment, driver management, and site-level execution
- Conduct regular client reviews and performance meetings
- Coordinate closely with Supply, Quality, and Sales teams to ensure service excellence
- Handle client and operational escalations effectively and within TAT
- Monitor operational costs to maintain profitability and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and documentation standards
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management
- Proven experience in employee transportation or facility operations
- Team leadership and people management skills
- Operational planning and execution expertise
- SLA/KPI tracking and performance reporting
- Cost control and commercial acumen
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Escalation handling and problem-solving
- Strong documentation and compliance orientation
- Experience in employee transportation, mobility services, logistics, or site operations
