Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  1. Design and implement training programs for sales teams, relationship managers, and distributors.
  2. Develop structured learning modules covering mutual funds, investment products, compliance, and sales skills.
  3. Identify training needs through performance analysis and feedback from business leaders.
  4. Conduct training sessions on mutual fund schemes, investment strategies, and market developments.
  5. Provide updates on regulatory guidelines from organizations such as Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI).
  6. Train teams on portfolio concepts, asset allocation, and financial planning basics.
  7. Train sales teams on client engagement, consultative selling, and investment advisory skills.
  8. Support onboarding and certification programs for new sales hires and distributors.
  9. Conduct refresher programs and advanced learning workshops.
  10. Deliver classroom, virtual, and e-learning sessions.
  11. Create training materials such as presentations, case studies, videos, and assessments.
  12. Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) if applicable.
  13. Track training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
  14. Monitor sales productivity and knowledge improvement after training interventions.
  15. Prepare training reports and dashboards
  16. Ensure employees and distributors complete required certifications like AMFI/NISM.
  17. Conduct training on regulatory compliance and ethical sales practices.
