Job Title: Training Manager – Healthcare & AI Products

Location: Hyderabad

 

Role Overview

 

At Exponential AI, we are building next-generation AI-powered healthcare products across payer and provider ecosystems. As we scale platforms like Enzo RCM and Pulse, we are looking for a Training Manager who can build a scalable, self-serve learning ecosystem.

 

This role goes beyond traditional training delivery. You will define how users learn, adopt, and maximize our products by creating structured, intuitive, and AI-enabled learning experiences. 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Build a Scalable Learning Ecosystem

 

  • Design and implement self-serve learning models (documentation, videos, guided walkthroughs, live sessions) 
  • Enable users (internal & external) to learn independently with minimal trainer dependency 
  • Improve onboarding journeys and learning adoption 

 

2. Content Strategy & Standardization

 

  • Define a unified content framework (tone, structure, format, clarity) 
  • Standardize: 
  • Product documentation 
  • User vs. technical guides 
  • Training modules and walkthroughs 
  • Ensure role-based learning (end users, ops, technical teams) 

 

3. Product & Domain-Aligned Training

 

  • Develop training aligned with healthcare workflows (payer/provider, RCM, claims) 
  • Simplify complex product features into intuitive learning content 
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams 

 

4. AI-Driven Training Innovation

 

  • Use AI tools to improve content creation speed and quality 
  • Automate training development workflows 
  • Introduce intelligent, personalized learning experiences 
  • Bring forward-thinking ideas on AI-led training transformation 

 

5. Process Optimization & Quality

 

  • Identify gaps and improve training efficiency, scalability, and quality 
  • Build repeatable systems for consistent content creation 

 

6. Stakeholder Collaboration

 

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations 
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly, confidently, and empathetically 

 

7. Team Leadership

 

  • Lead and mentor the training team 
  • Drive excellence in: 
  • Content design 
  • Delivery quality 
  • Execution standards 
  • Build a scalable, high-performing team  

 

What We’re Looking For

 

Must-Have

 

  • Strong healthcare domain knowledge (payer/provider, RCM, claims workflows) 
  • Experience in training, learning design, or product enablement 
  • Exposure to digital adoption tools (e.g., Pendo, Whatfix, or similar) 
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into structured, user-friendly content 
  • Strong communication skills, including: 
  • Clear articulation and voice modulation for training delivery 
  • Ability to explain technical/AI concepts (Gen AI, agentic systems) in simple terms 
  • Proven stakeholder and people management experience 

 

Good to Have

 

  • Exposure to AI tools for content creation or training 
  • Experience in SaaS/product-led environments 
  • Familiarity with self-serve or product-led growth models
