About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented interns to join our Training vertical. As a Training Content Development Intern, you will support the creation and design of high-quality training materials, helping us deliver impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating course outlines tailored to different training needs

Create training brochures

Draft and design brochures and other promotional material

Prepare reading content and handouts for trainees

Develop engaging PowerPoint presentations for training sessions

Conduct basic research to support content development

Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of materials

Requirements

Strong command of English (written and verbal)

Good understanding of MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Word

Creative mindset and an eye for design

Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

Prior experience or coursework in content writing, instructional design, or education (preferred but not mandatory)
