About the Company

A well-known global consumer brand is building its India studio and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its learning team. You will help shape how a brand millions already know grows and develops its people in India. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Training and Development Specialist, you will design and run learning programmes that lift skills across the team, from onboarding to ongoing development, and measure what actually moves the needle.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Delivery

  • Design and deliver onboarding and skills-development programmes
  • Build learning content, guides, and assessments across formats
  • Run workshops and coordinate trainers and subject experts

Measurement & Improvement

  • Identify skill gaps with managers and tailor learning plans
  • Track participation, feedback, and learning outcomes
  • Improve programmes based on data and learner feedback

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1 to 5 years in learning and development, training, or enablement
  • Strong facilitation, content-design, and communication skills
  • Comfort with learning tools and tracking outcomes
  • Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with an LMS or e-learning authoring tools
  • Exposure to a global brand, GCC, or large multinational environment
  • An MBA or postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field
