Role Description The Trainer – RAC (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning) is a , on Contractual base role in Rajasthan. The trainer will conduct classroom and practical sessions on RAC systems, including installation, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. Responsibilities include designing training modules, preparing lesson plans and training materials, and ensuring adherence to relevant safety and industry standards. The trainer will assess participant performance, provide feedback, maintain training records, and support curriculum updates in line with technological and industry developments. The role also involves coordinating with other trainers and staff to organize workshops, demonstrations, and skill development programs for diverse learner groups.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems, including installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in vocational training, skill development, or technical teaching, with the ability to deliver theory and hands-on practical sessions effectively.
  • Familiarity with safety standards, energy efficiency practices, and relevant industry codes and regulations in RAC.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage learners from varied backgrounds and assess their progress objectively.
  • Proficiency in preparing training materials, lesson plans, and documentation, with basic computer skills for using training and assessment tools.
  • Diploma or degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Prior industry experience in RAC service, maintenance, or installation; experience with TVET or skill development projects is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a training institution, manage batches and schedules, and adapt to evolving technologies and curricula.
