Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Trainer – Japanese Language at The Language SKOOL. The trainer will deliver live online classes, guiding learners through structured lessons that build speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in Japanese. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating and updating teaching materials, assessing learner performance, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will also support learners with exam preparation, cultural insights, and ongoing doubt clearing through digital platforms. Collaboration with the academic team to refine curriculum and maintain high teaching standards is expected.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Language Teaching and Teaching, with the ability to instruct learners at different proficiency levels.
• Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning and Education skills, including designing structured, goal-oriented class sessions.
• Candidates should possess good knowledge of Japanese Literature and related cultural aspects to enrich classroom content.
• Proficiency in Japanese (minimum JLPT N3 or equivalent; N2/N1 preferred) and clear, professional communication in English.
• Experience delivering online classes using video conferencing and digital learning tools.
• Ability to engage diverse learners, manage group dynamics, and provide personalized feedback.
• Relevant degree or certification in Japanese language or education is preferred.
