Role Description The Trainer Coordinator, Karnataka & Rajasthan is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for coordinating and supporting training activities across assigned centers in these states. The role involves planning training schedules, monitoring delivery of vocational courses, and ensuring that curricula, teaching methods, and assessments meet organizational standards. The Trainer Coordinator will guide and support trainers, facilitate training-of-trainers sessions, and ensure consistent documentation and reporting of training outcomes. Day-to-day work includes visiting centers as required, tracking learner progress, coordinating with placement teams, and collaborating with regional and central office staff to improve training quality. The role also involves building relationships with local partners, understanding market needs, and recommending enhancements to courses so that training remains aligned with employment opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in training coordination and program administration, including scheduling, tracking progress, and managing documentation.
  • Experience in trainer support and development, such as mentoring trainers, facilitating workshops, and promoting effective teaching practices.
  • Ability to monitor training quality through classroom observations, feedback collection, and analysis of learner performance and outcomes.
  • Competence in stakeholder engagement, including collaboration with centers, community partners, and employers to align training with market needs.
  • Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work respectfully with diverse and marginalized youth.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple centers and priorities.
  • Comfort with basic digital tools for reporting and data management; familiarity with learning management or monitoring systems is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, management, or a related field; relevant experience in vocational training or the development sector is highly beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel within Karnataka and Rajasthan as needed.
