Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Trainees and Graduates to join our technical team. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to develop foundational technical skills and contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge financial software solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Support Application Development activities, including compiling and decompiling code, and versioning.
  • Participate in IT Testing and assessment of software functionality and performance.
  • Contribute to the configuration and maintenance of computer systems, including Portal Server Configuration and WAN Switching and Firmware Configuration.
  • Support the documentation and modeling of user requirements, ensuring clear understanding of project scope.
  • Assist in program installation and configuration on various platforms.
  • Develop and enhance understanding of Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) and User Experience (UX) Design principles.
  • Provide support for Information Technology (IT) Support activities as required.
  • Engage in Action Planning for project tasks and personal development.
  • Maintain and enhance Digital Literacy relevant to the financial technology industry.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience for Trainee roles).
  • Demonstrated interest in software development and technology.
  • Basic understanding of Action Planning and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Familiarity with concepts related to Application Development and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Exposure to or understanding of Compiling and Decompiling Code and Versioning.
  • Basic knowledge of Computer System Configuration and Program Installation.
  • Strong Digital Literacy and aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • Ability to document and model user requirements effectively.
  • An understanding of Graphical User Interface (GUI) and User Experience (UX) Design principles is a plus.
  • Interest in IT Testing and Assessment processes.
  • Awareness of Portal Server Configuration and WAN Switching and Firmware Con concepts is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
