Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed fresher to join our Technical Services team as a Service Engineer ? Trainee. This role offers comprehensive on-the-job training in the installation, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of laboratory, analytical, and scientific instruments. The position is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to start their career in technical support and instrumentation services. Key Responsibilities (Post Training) Assist in the installation and commissioning of scientific instruments at customer sites under supervision. Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Learn to troubleshoot and repair instruments both on-site and remotely. Assist in AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) execution, service log updates, and customer coordination. Support in calibration and validation activities as per regulatory guidelines. Provide basic technical support and training to customers on instrument operation. Prepare and maintain service reports, logs, and instrument history records. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (2024 or 2025 graduates). Experience: Freshers welcome; prior internship or academic project in instrumentation will be an added advantage. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of electrical/electronic circuits, mechanical systems, or instrumentation concepts. Soft Skills: Good communication skills, willingness to learn, problem-solving ability, and a customer-oriented approach. Travel: Willingness to travel to customer sites across regions as needed.
