Key Responsibilities

• Conduct power quality studies to assess and improve the quality of power.
• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of IGBT-based Power converters.
• Perform system studies and single-line diagram analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive study reports for documentation.
• Address customer issues through periodic visits, ensuring their satisfaction with our products.
• Carry out Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services to maintain product performance.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer complaints to maintain a high level of service quality.
