🚨 We’re Hiring: Trader – Coal Sourcing & Commercial Strategy (Peru)

We are looking for an experienced Coal Trader to lead coal sourcing, beneficiation coordination, and export trading activities across Peru and Latin America. This role will focus on building a reliable coal supply chain from Peruvian mines to international markets while developing strong relationships with global buyers.

📍 Location: Peru (Lima or mining regions)

🏭 Industry: Mining / Energy / Commodities / International Trading

• Identify and secure coal supply from mines across Peru and Latin America

• Evaluate coal reserves, production capacity, and mining infrastructure

• Oversee coal beneficiation processes and ensure export quality standards

• Develop and execute international coal trading strategies

• Negotiate supply agreements and commercial contracts

• Monitor global coal markets, pricing benchmarks, and logistics costs

• Coordinate export logistics, shipping, and port operations

✔ 10+ years of experience in coal trading, mining, or commodity sourcing

✔ Strong knowledge of coal reserves and mining operations in Peru / Latin America

✔ Experience with coal beneficiation and quality management

✔ Strong commercial and negotiation skills

✔ Understanding of mining regulations and export frameworks

🎓 Education: Mining Engineering, Geology, Energy, Metallurgy, Business or related field

🌍 Languages: Spanish & English required
