ATI Global Tours is a travel and tourism company focused on providing customized travel experiences for individuals, families, and corporate clients. The company specializes in domestic and international tour planning, hotel bookings, visa assistance, and end-to-end travel management.
We are looking for a highly organized Operations Manager who can manage travel planning, vendor coordination, and customer bookings efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
1. Travel Planning & Itinerary Design
• Create detailed domestic and international travel itineraries for clients.
• Plan day-wise schedules including hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and activities.
• Suggest suitable travel packages based on client budget and preferences.
2. Hotel & Vendor Coordination
• Contact hotels, resorts, villas, and travel suppliers to obtain B2B agent rates.
• Maintain strong relationships with hotels, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), and transport providers.
• Negotiate competitive pricing for clients.
3. Booking Management
• Handle hotel bookings, transport bookings, and activity reservations.
• Coordinate with vendors to confirm availability and issue booking confirmations.
• Maintain proper documentation of all bookings.
4. Flight & Ticket Coordination
• Assist with domestic and international flight bookings.
• Monitor ticket pricing and suggest best options to clients.
5. Visa Assistance
• Guide clients on visa documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with visa agents and ensure timely submission of applications.
• Track visa processing and update clients.
6. Client Communication
• Respond to client enquiries and prepare travel quotations.
• Explain itinerary details and provide travel guidance.
• Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the trip planning process.
7. Vendor Database Management
• Build and maintain a database of hotels, resorts, transport companies, and travel partners.
• Maintain price comparisons and seasonal rate charts.
8. Operational Coordination
• Ensure smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage travel documentation and confirmations.
• Handle last-minute changes or travel adjustments.

Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business Administration preferred.
• 2–5 years experience in a travel agency or tour operations role.
• Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and client requests simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email communication, and itinerary preparation.

• Knowledge of flight booking systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre).
• Experience handling visa documentation for international travel.
• Experience dealing with hotel B2B booking portals.

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
