This is a full-time, on-site Tour Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Tour Consultant will assist clients with travel planning, including organizing guided tours, creating customized travel packages, and providing expert travel advice. Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality customer service, managing inquiries, and fostering positive client relationships to ensure satisfaction. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to coordinate bookings and maintain high operational standards.

• Expertise in Guided Tours and Travel Consulting
• Proven skills in Customer Service and Communication
• Knowledge of Travel & Tourism, especially relevant to international destinations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with travel booking software and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
