Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Tour Consultant to plan, coordinate, and manage domestic and international travel packages. The ideal candidate should have excellent destination knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional travel experiences while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in planning domestic and international tour packages
• Provide expert guidance on destinations, itineraries, visas, travel insurance, and travel documentation
• Prepare customized travel itineraries based on customer requirements and budgets
• Handle hotel bookings, flight reservations, transportation, and other travel arrangements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other vendors
• Resolve customer queries and provide post-booking support
• Stay updated on travel trends, visa regulations, and destination information
• Maintain accurate customer records and booking documentation
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tour Consultant or in the travel and tourism industry
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Experience with travel booking systems and travel management software is preferred
• Ability to prepare customized travel packages and itineraries
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
